        I have recently moved from Austin to Bastrop and immediately went on a quest finding a reliable and honest mechanic. After a few false starts I have found Mason and Miller Family Automotive.
        I have a small business, so having my trucks running 24/7 is crucial for me, my employees and our clients. Miller Family Automotive are always very prompt, courteous, and communicative. They will take the time to explain in detail about what the issue is, using plain English language to the mechanically challenged amongst us. They rush ship most of their parts so your vehicle is getting serviced pronto.
        This mechanic is worth his weight in Gold! I got stuck in Austin, and preferred paying $300 for towing to my trusty mechanic instead of numerous shops around Austin, as I knew that the honesty and AAA service is well worth the drive and additional tow price. They identified the issue, and the price came out way more affordable than I initially thought.
        I would rank them 6/5 if that was an option. Such great craftsmanship, service and most importantly honesty is getting increasingly rare in this day and age. They have earned my business for life and I am very fortunate to have found them. They run a beautiful, no frills, family style (the owner has two of his sons work for him), old school shop and that is pleasure to deal with.
        Highly recommended, would drive 45+ miles to get service here! Y'all rock.

        Great customer service. Super friendly and very flexible. We were able to drop the car before work and pick it up after with no issues. They thoroughly explained what was wrong, what they did, and that this work was guaranteed. Also reviewed the car for any other possible issues and made note of an item we may want to keep an eye on.



        I also received a call several days after to check in and thank me for my business. This isn't something that you come across very often anymore. It truly is a family business who truly seem to care about their customers.



        Overall, I felt this company went above and beyond and we will definitely use them in the future for any additional needs.
