        The best decision we made in...

        The best decision we made in our home building process was contracting Dearth Design and Construction to design and build our home in Cedar Creek / Bastrop Texas. Having a builder who is also a designer provides a huge advantage in the process and final outcome of the home, because the builder does more than just follow a print - he thinks about what works best for the home and for the homeowners, and is able to react and make changes quickly and easily, if needed. Our home building process has been surprisingly smooth and enjoyable. All deadlines have been met, and all standards have been satisfied without issue. I strongly recommend Dearth Design and Construction to anyone considering building a home, and I wouldn't trust my home to anyone else!

        Dearth Design is not a spec home builder, i was very impressed with the attention to detail and craftmanship that was displayed on my project. I could not be happier and recommend this business to anybody who wants quality workmanship! thanks again, Todd.
