Amazing service! I'm so glad the other kayak services in town didn't answer their phones, because I ended up calling Bastrop Kayak and not only did they answer, but they were so friendly. It was my first time kayaking and I had a great time. They tell you everything you need to know. They even provided bottled water and coolers. I would do this again and again. Don't waste your time with any other kayak rental place in Bastrop.

What a great trip! The Kayaks were very clean and comfortable and Randy even provided us with bottled water. We saw turtles, ducks, cranes and even some deer! Can't wait to visit Bastrop Kayak again!

Bastrop Kayak is a blast! Fun (and funny!) people, easy and inexpensive. I have paddled with another outfitter in the area, but will go back to Bastrop Kayak. The Colorado river is beautiful and there's lots of wildlife along the way. I may take some friends and try the longer Wilbarger paddle next time.
