Bastrop Driver License Office

No concept of customer service. Called the supervisor to complain about one of the rude, unhelpful employees and never heard back. There's a severe lack of supervision and the workers clearly all know it.

Its sad when you call and never can reach any one

its very sad when you are trying to reach a company to get info on what the STATE wants you to keep up with and you can NEVER get anyone by phone and if you show up with insufficient documents then you spend all this travel time to return with all the needed info when you could have just found out over the PHONE what you need to bring in... I have always heard "If you don't like your job , Quit" maybe someone needs to relay the message to this office

I do realize that y'all are busy and all but, someone should be able too answer the phone. If Texas can waste money on toll road booths then shut them down then, Texas has money to hire someone to answer a phone at the DPS office.
