I brought my rv in to have the hydraulic jacks fixed under warranty not only did they charge me the jacks never worked properly after having my rv for three months I'll never go there again speaking with other customers they had problems too

Don't spend your money at these Camper World franchises, they're a deceitful company. You can order whatever gadgets they may carry online for less money and they lack motivation to complete repairs beyond a simple oil change. Find a local mechanic instead if you're looking to do repairs of any kind. They held my RV for 3 months for generator repair only to tell me there was nothing they could do to salvage the old generator and I needed to buy a new one. They didn't give me the old generator back after I bought a new one. Also, I bought a deep cell battery at this location and it failed within a year because they installed it incorrectly. The representatives act professional but are simply liaisons between you and the mechanic and don't have any expertise of any kind. This is pervasive throughout all branches of this company. Avoid if you can.

If I could give less then 1 start I would. I bought my RV here over 5 years ago. My pre delivery work order included fixing the slides and the generator. They still are not fixed. My RV has spent a ridiculous amount of time at this locations service department. I have had things broken by employees who then don't mention it when in hopes I won't notice, I have had items stolen from inside locked compartments while there and have been treated very disrespectfully by the service manager and new GM.. Would never buy anything from this place again not even RV toilet paper.

From Frank in sales to Jim, Mariella, delivery, finance, service; everyone could not have been more honest and friendly and PATIENT to and with me! I could tell they felt like a family and treated me the same. I was steered away from possible problems and found a camper in my budget. They took my Dodge Magnum as trade and gave me a fair price. I never felt like I was being taken and I took 2 weeks to fulfill my end and they never pushed. I also can be a tough customer, they cared for my needs with great respect! Love, love, love my new (used:) camper! Thanks everyone! God bless you all!
