Premier Satellite

Let me first state, I am a educated professional who's only expectation is a somewhat professional service experience. I needed a new receiver added to my living room and called my satellite provider to get this done. FYI: Satellite providers "contract" these services to third parties, which are local vendors. I have no problem with this arrangement (until this experience). The opinion suggestions say to "Keep it real "so I'll be specific about the PREMIER SATELLITES personell that came to my house. Two guys came. A brief summary of the facts: 1. They were extremely rude. Too many rude comments to mention here. 2. One of the personell tried to hard sell me other products with the proviso " Don't tell DISH". 3. They smoked in my house! The cigarette was hanging out of the guy's mouth! 4. I had a cable that was bad so they replaced it, however, when I requested they bury the cable, they were rude and stated "That's not my job". More on this later. 5. They left cigarette buts on my deck.
