The Village Apartments

Great place to live. Love the neighbors and staff here. Everyone is so friendly. Apartments are very clean when you move in. Love the exercise equipment and game room. We use it often. I am impressed. We have lived in several apt. complexes in Bartlesville, and this is the best by far. The whole staff is very nice and very professional. Thanks Village. I told myself I would never live in another apartment, but this is great.

After living here for 7 years, paying rent early each month, the management was unwilling to work with my family when we moved out. We didn't terminate early but because we failed to give 30 days notice we were charged a months rent, even though it was at the end of our 12 month lease. Despite having a death in the family and other things going on the last month of our lease, they were extremly rude and unwilling to care about anything other than getting as much money as they could. Managment has no customer service whatsoever. Try a terrible experience.

Great place to live. We have lived here for over 6 years. Lots of changes made in the last few years. Cuddo's for cleaning up the pond!! Finally. Don't know why it took so long, but looks great. New management seems to care about our home. We love it here and love all the changes. Thanks.

My elderly mother(78) lives in an apartment managed by The Village...she has lived there for 7 years. The last two summers she has had terrible problems with her window unit air-conditioner. This last time the maintenance man said the unit needed to be replace...its a dinosaur! BUT management wouldn't let him, had him try to repair it. That evening after he worked on it, her apartment was 85 degrees!! She called the office at 4:30 pm and the Apartment Manager told her to give it some time, that it would soon cool off and it should work better!!!! Well, it didn't cool off and didn't work better! We had to call security and he called the maintenance man to go back out to see what was wrong...this time he replaced with a temporary unit. Said he would be back the next day to install another USED unit. We live an hour away so my husband called my mom and asked to speak with the maintenance man to make sure the unit could be repaired and that my mother wouldn't be left without air that night. HE REFUSED TO SPEAK TO MY HUSBAND!! TOLD MY MOTHER...YOU WANT ME TO WORK OR TALK ON THE PHONE!! So very rude and unprofessional! As you can imagine we were very concerned about her well being. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
