Hands On Auto Detailing

My Hands On Experience was great! They did an awesome job getting the stains out of my seats. I gave them permission to take pictures of before and after And they gave me a copy of them . Very professional detailing job.

Hands On is under new ownership and I have to say, the new owner is very polite and professional. I would recommend hands on to anyone needing their vehicle detailed.

the owner started off as a very nice guy but by the end of the three days but it took for them to tint my windows because they had to redo it twice he had become a jerk. they took my car for a joyride used up a quarter tank of gas and at about 70 miles to my odometer. He allows his employees to talk to his customers any kinda way and call them out of their names. I don't appreciate being ripped off I don't appreciate being treated the way I was treated by them. This company is the biggest rip off artists and Bardstown KentuckyI suggest if you want your windows headed or your car detailed that you do not go here that you go to sun solutions for your tint jobs or extreme customizing both companies have used before both companies do fantastic work. The only reason I went to this idiot it's because she was 2 blocks from my house and I couldn't get an appointment at sun solutions or extreme

He told me $60 for an interior detail and when the job was done he charged me $75. He said it was because it was so dirty. If it was spotless I wouldnt need a detail at all. That was ba business and I wont go back. 25% overcharge.
