Had the best experience in Ashley today!! Justin T Talbert was my sales person, and he was awesome. I went into Ashley needing a TV stand, I didn't see anything that I wanted on the floor, Justin took me and showed me everything that can be ordered he was very informative he even suggested different things to use that I had not thought of.. I would suggest asking for Justin Talbert when shopping at Ashley's furniture in Barboursville, WV.

Ember was Fantastic. We purchased a new Temperpedic bed. Wasn't happy with the selection after getting it delivered. Called Ember. Her and her manager Jennifer fixed the problem very quickly. Now we have a bed we absolutely love and a new bed frame too. They are super easy to work with and so friendly. Would recommend them to anyone. Ask for Ember!

The salesman was very energetic and helpful. He was exited to help us find the mattress to fit our needs. Our credit wasn't good enough for financing through the store so he immediately referred is to Acceptance Now. AMAZING is the only description of the service provided by them. We did not get badgered or followed as we looked for what we wanted and once we decided... Immediate assistance. The selection and quality are great and when paired with the service you receive... Hands down the best.

I recently visited Ashley Furniture for the first time, needless to say it was fantastic! The sales associate Rachel T. was awesome! She greeted me right at the door, gave me room to browse, and was so helpful in showing me different options/answering my questions. I made a small purchase, but was treated like I bought half the store. I can definitely recommend this store to everyone and I can't wait to shop there again!

Great service and quality furniture with easy terms!

My 1st time to shop @ Ashley Furniture was a month ago. Asst Mgr Jamie made sure that we got the best deal possible plus a discount on shipping! They ship it plus put it together for you - I've never had such great service. I saved thousands of dollars - I was looking for 2 tv stands since Jan. when I walked in Ashley Furniture in Barboursville I ended up buying gorgeous furniture for my 24x24' family room plus the 2 tv stands! The price was so discounted that I couldn't pass it up! Sales are so friendly too & don't leave you for another customer walking in. I will be a customer of Ashley Furniture forever! They have the best quality furniture by far!

The representatives are nice and personable but the products are sub par especially for the price paid. The only specific reason I am very dissatisfied with this store is the lack of proper expection reguarding delivery, and on four seperate occasions were promises reguarding deliveries and warrany exchanges broken. I would strongly reccomend to consider this location's competition. I have been working in retail sales for over five years and am appauled at the overall disreguard for meeting the customers expectations. My last suggestion would be to google search Ashley Furniture Customer Service and review how many negative reviews ashley furniture has with different consumer protection agencies especially the BBB.
