Nex 2 New Appliances & Repair

I bought my appliance for them a couple of weeks ago and I love them.... there service was great and the girl was super helpful. The delivery guys we ok and on time. So I would recommend them to someone

They were very helpful in getting us the refrigerator we wanted, at the price we wanted and got it delivered that same day!

After having my fridge for 3 months, the freezer stop working. Found out that there was a freon leak and they "fixed" it so that it would only last until their "warranty" ran out.after talking to an appliance repairman, he informed me that this was pretty typical of the way that they treat there customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Go somewhere else...

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST BUSINESS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!!
Ridiculously terrible service across the board!!!!
Please don't waste your money with these guys.
Even if they offer to pay you to fix your appliances, it is still not worth it

Doesn't look like much but they had some nice stuff and everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I quickly found what I was looking for. The only complaint I have is that I was told the dryer came with a power cord, which it did, but the cord was too short and they gave me a hard time about giving me a longer one. I told them they should tell people up front that they will have to buy a cord if the standard 4' one doesn't fit. It was only after I threatened them with a bad review that they looked for a longer cord and replaced mine. I would go back, but I definitely learned something.
