I AM HAVING SO MUCH TROUBLE GETTING MY PAYMENT BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY. THE AGENT WHO CAME TO MY HOME AND PICKED UP LAST MONTHS PAYMENT, I AM NOW TOLD IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY, HAD NO CONTACT FROM THE NEW PERSON IF ANY, I WILL SOON BE PAYING JANUARY & FEBRUARY IN THE SAME MONTH, I HAD CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMMISSION IN 2015 ABOUT GETTING A COPIES OF MY POLICIES,THEY JUMP INTO ACTION THEN, I"M JUST GOING TO CONTACT THE COMMISSIONERS AGAIN.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE...THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS SO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS LEFT ON HOLD FOR OVER 10 MINUTES AWAITING TO SPEAK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER IN REFERENCE TO A COMPLAINT ABOUT ONE OF THE AGENTS. NOTHING...NOT A CALL BACK..NOT AN APOLOGY...I AM LOOKING IN TO MOVING ALL OF MY FAMILY POLICIES. THE LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONAL-ISM IN SUCH AN COMPETITIVE MARKET IS ASTONISHING TO ME.
Your customer service is not the best ,they don't how to work in a professional work place
