Total Health Care Inc

Total Health Care is a joke! Downright, ghetto bulls**t! I've been to a few locations now seeking quality, professional health services, but the standard is . . . among the worse I've seen or experienced in a lifetime. Maybe this is why the agency lacks a formal accreditation from an agency overseeing its operations and practices such as Joint Commission.

I find it most strange that he would leave an aspiring career at St. Joseph's and Franklin Square hospitals to work in the "hood." Not to mention that he earn a 1.7 rating out of 5 in an online survey that rates doctors. You might simply Google his name and learn about his rating and credentials. Pathetic and unacceptable for a clinic whose clients are majority financially challenged and systemically oppressed.



Over five years, I've witness the elimination of an excellent team of staff members. These were healthcare providers who held a genuine interest in proactively caring for and treating patients from a holistic approach. The remaining crew that is employed today (November 2015) lacks the sensitivity, self-control, and professionalism needed in a contemporary, urban, health care environment. It appears conversing on the phone, whether texting or talking, along with primping just to name a few unappreciative attributes trump quality patient care among the staff. Still, many of the staff, technicians, and aids don't seem to exhibit a manner or commitment to administering quality, acceptable care. The capacity for delivering quality health services is simply lacking. Still, many can't recall or remember patients who are regularly provided services at the clinic. Shameful!



If I had a better choice, I would not choose Total Health Care, and you should mindfully opt not to either.
