The Mobile Mechanic

I left out my home at 5:15am to go to work to find my serpentine belt had broke. Didn't know who to call. Typed Mobile Mechanic and gave them a call. Quick, prompt service. Greg, the mechanic who showed up diagnosed the problem right away. Even with the additional work. It was quick and reasonable. And did I mention it was raining. Will definitely use them again.

I contacted Mobile Mechanics and spoken with Eli, who was very professional and knowledgeable of the issues with my vehicles. Surprisingly was able to schedule an appt on Sunday and he arrived, promptly took care of my problem. Eli was again very professional and courteous and I definitely will be using Mobile Mechanics again as well as referring them to family and friends. Thanks Eli and I look forward to doing business with you again!!

Told me he would be here within 20 minutes, took almost 2 hours. Then he took apart part of my car and told me would be back in 30 minutes. Told him I was concerned he was leaving my car disassembled and he assured me would be back within 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went, then an hour then 2 hours, tried calling him consistently for rest of day and night without him picking up or a return call after I left several messages. He finally called and left a message the next morning saying, I now needed a repair that he originally said I did not need. Originally saying the repair would be in the $100-200 dollar range now saying the repair to be in the $700-800 dollar range. I left a message to at the very least come back and put my car back together, which he took apart, and he never showed up again even though his business was located in the same part of town that my car was located. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!!!

These guys are awesome. They've helped me out multiple times so now I don't bother with most mechanics since I don't want to waste my time in their dingy, loud waiting rooms for hours. These guys are pros, they come in all kind of weather, fix the issue, and don't play around with prices. So convenient, especially considering I don't have to alter my schedule to get oil changes, brakes, or even major repairs when things go bad with my civic.
