If I could give this less than one star I would. All they truly car about is the money. They don't have very good customer service. They tell the customer they are wrong about how their car feels and drives and allows them to drive off the lot with a broken car. They take the money and give you your car regardless of its safety. They talk over customers and physically and literally walk away from the conversation when they know they are in the wrong. Sent my car here to get fixed from a minor accident and they gave me my car back more broken than when I sent it in to get fixed. They were upset at the insurance company and decided to do a half-ass job, which messed up my car more. I paid a $400 deductible for an even more broken car. waste of money. I went back multiple times to explain what they would have to do to request the adequate amount from the insurance company to fix the car properly only to be told they wont take action because they hate the insurance company I have. They might be great for small one time jobs but don't make this your go-to mechanic. They don't care about their customers, they only care about making money.

Great service. They are honest and guarantee their work . Never had any problem. I highly recommend this shop.

I took my car there for a water pump they made the problem they said they could fix even worse.

DON’T GO HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Went there to get an alignment done, & they didn’t even check my car for bad parts like they should have, my ball joints & struts were bad, & I didn’t know that if they are bad you can not do the alignment but they did it anyway & took my money not caring. So I drive off & the car is worse than when I brought it in, when I called & told him, he made it seem like it was my fault i didnt tell him, & they had no way of knowing, BS said he asked me was anything wrong with the car, (I don’t know I’m not a damn mechanic) he wouldn’t give me my money back only $10 off of another alignment. they should not be in business.



and the person who wrote the last review is probably the the guy who ripped me off, or somebody that works there., for him to make it my fault & not even wanna fix his mistake, is why i will tell everybody i know & even people i dont know to never go to this place called Stormin Norman. How thats for business

This place is amazing, it has everything you need and it cheaper than those craoy other places the gurantee a good price. They have great service, great employees and the place is family owned. They have free cofee, candy, and snack machines. The owners are great, Hisham and fady, in all this is great place.
