We used MCP for our wedding photographer. At first when we met MCP we were really excited about their work and services. We met with several photographers but selected MCP as their package included two photographers and that was very important to us. We asked several questions as to whether or not they would have back up photographers and they ensured us that they did. Everything went smooth with MCP up until the wedding, and that is when things started taking a turn for the worst. MCP arrived with just himself and no assistant. Throughout the day he continued to give several excuses about the person was on their way, but needless to say nobody arrived. It was very disappointing to us as we missed a lot of shots due to the lack of the photographer as contracted. Post-wedding we waited to see if MCP would contact us to apologize, and unfortunately they did not reach out to us at all. We sent MCP an email explaining to him that we wanted to discuss what had happened, and he never responded. We then followed up with a phone call. As a client we should not have to track them down. This started to be come a trend, that is us tracking them down. MCP offered us a free photo enlargement and an 8x8 album book to make up for the lack of photographer. It is now several months after our wedding and we have yet to receive our photo album book. We have contacted MCP several times and they have yet to provide us with our album book. We are now taking MCP to court for a full refund. As they breached the contract and addendum. If you want a photographer that will provide you nice photos, but you have to track them down and risk a breach of services than this is the company for you. If this is not the route you want to take, I highly suggest doing some additional research and looking at other companies. It's unfortunate as we really liked MCP, but the way they conduct business is unprofessional and extremely stressful to deal with.
