Andy was very accomodating to fit my schedule. He fixed my electrical issue to my satisfaction. He walked me through his steps so I had the opportunity to learn what was wrong and how it was fixed.

I used another electrician before Kite and Key and will only use Kite and Key from here on out.

We called on Kite and Key Electric when our main breaker switch heated up and would not come back on. Well, actually, they called us. My husband called an electric co. seen on TV. They charged $95 to come out that day, so an appt. was made for the next day. I went on the internet, added our info., then the phone rang. It was Kite and Key Electric. They came within the hour, checked out the switch, and gave us several options - with NO CHARGE. This family oriented company was wonderful! They even helped us get financing! My Family has used Kite and Key Electric last year to rewire our Basement, and install and updated our circuit breaker with proper labels. They did an excellent job installing, and they also installed extra plugs and new light fixtures in the Basement. They were done in less than a day, and the people were very experienced and very helpful. We had such a great experience with them we called them again this year to install weatherproof fixtures and update the upstairs light switches and install a wall plug in our Bathroom with a bunch of new fixtures in several rooms. We Highly recommend them for any project you may have..

I contracted with Kite And Key Electric to install a 220 circuit for a dock lift I purchased at my Warehouse Facility. The work was done in a very timely fashion and the charges were as contracted. I would highly recommend their services

These guys are great. I called on a Saturday morning with a problem and Andy walked me through the solution on the phone. No house call needed. I highly doubt any other place would do that. Next time I have an electrical problem I'm definitely calling back!

I called Kite and Key for some minor work at the condo unit I rent out. Andy was very easy to deal with over the phone and accommodated my tenant's schedule. He kept me informed of the work and made excellent, time-saving suggestions. I've dealt with contractors in the past who don't seem to get the landlord/tenant situation, but Andy was easily able to deal with it, and did so professionally and expertly. My tenants were very happy, and I didn't have to take any time off from work to deal with the situation. I'd definitely use Kite and Key again for both my Baltimore property and for my own home.

Andy came out to our house and wired up a transfer switch and outlet outside the house for my generator. He spent time working with me to ensure we had all critical circuits wired into the transfer switch and even stayed later to move certain circuits to clean up wiring from a prior electrician. Finding a small Business owner who puts this much care into working with a customer is extremely rare. I would highly recommend Kite and Key Electric for any job big or small.

Andy is an amazing guy! My brother from NY is without power from Sandy and came down for a generator.(We found and bought one) Neither of us knew what we needed to convert his current system to what we needed to get his house powered up by the generator we bout or what to buy to make it easy for his electrician in NY. There are NO stores with elecrical supplies open (breakers, switches, power coards etc) Andy went out of his way to help....sold us all we needed at cost and THEN reccomended a few other things to buy and we got it all taken care of....I always beleived that people have "good" in them and Andy is LIVING PROOF! What a very nice and Christian man! God Bless! I'd reccomend him to ANYONE!

Andy does a great job, he worked with me and found the best way to solve my electrical situation. I was impressed with how fast the work was done. I would highly recommend his team for your electrical needs.

Had a power outage after normal business hours. I called 3 places, Andy was the only electrician to answer the phone. The other places had me leave a voicemail or talk to an answering service (1 place never called back). He had someone out in less than an hour. His electrician figured out the problem (it was a BGE problem). Both Andy and his electrician were courteous, professional, and reasonable. I've found my new electrician for any future problems.

Our home was broken into and stripped of its copper and electrical wire. Andy (owner Kite and Key), gave us a great estimate and worked very well with our insurance, which was a headache for us. But he made it very simple and accommodated our needs and was very understanding of the delays in getting payment from the insurance. His work was outstanding, even fixing some of the dangerous wiring he found that other electricians had placed at no extra charge. He was fast, on time, and made our situation a priority. Not only would I highly recommend him, but I would invite his family and him out for dinner on us. A truly great electrician and person.
