Hohne Pools has been a fixture in the Baltimore County community for sixty years. They built my Dads pool in 1957 and my children still enjoy it! Everyone at Hohne has been helpful to me and several of my family members and friends have been employed by them over the years. They are a strong locally owned family business that operates with complete professionalism.

OVER PROMISES AND UNDER DELIVERS! I had a contract with another Pool Company to install a new liner in my in-ground pool, but Hohne said they could do a better job in less time and convinced me to use them claiming the other company has never installed a liner before. I was worried that I wouldn't make my daughters HS graduation party but Hohne insisted it would take a week to do the job. I cancelled the other contract and hired Hohne immediately! I waited a week and a half for the guys to come out just to measure the Pool, tearing the old liner to shreds leaving an unsightly mess. I was then promised that the moment the liner came in, that they would put my installation a the top of the list! After 2.5 weeks of waiting, my liner finally came in but I was told they couldn't install it the next day because they couldn't get water, when I told them I could get water, they then said they didn't have a crew to install it and they'd do it on Monday. Therefore, my party was cancelled, costing me time and money! Monday came and went, no call, no show. I called them and they said they were having difficulty on another job and come on Tuesday, which came and went, no show. I called them and they said they were still having trouble with another job's liner installation. Then, they promised they'd arrive first thing Wednesday morning, no show. I called them at 10 am and was told they were lost and were on their way. Still waiting . . .no crew . . .no liner! Meanwhile, I've taken off of work the last three days, without pay and I'm out the $1,200 I gave them as a deposit. STILL WAITING!!!!

I was in need of a new liner for my old BusterCrabbe pool and found out that Hohne Pools was the original builder. I got the best price from Hohne Pools and after having it installed, i know i made the right choice for Hohne to do the service. Hohne Pool's staff knew exactly what i needed for a custom fit and parts as well as doing an exceptional job! I was also schooled by the retail staff for proper chemical usage to have great water and to extend the life of the liner, what a difference in the feel of the water as well as algae free and crystal clear when using their brand, BioGuard pool chemicals. I found out the hard way not to use the cheap Wal Mart or other local store brands, you just don't get the same results and it costs more when you have to take care of other problems that arise like Algae and you end up using two ,three times the amount which in the long run, you really spend more than doing it the right way the first time. Thank you Hohne Pools and Staff for making my family and i as well as everyone who swims in our pool ,Very Happy !

I had called around to many companys to get the best deal on my renovation and found that Hohne Pools offered the expert experience that I was looking for... From the day I signed the contract to the day my renovation was finished it was like clockwork. I was shocked how fast they finished the job and my pool looks great!!!I will be using them for all my pool needs.
