Do not use this company. As the other person stated, they have poor customer service and do not return phone calls. They only do half the job and then leave you hanging. I have called several times and never receive calls back to complete the job. They have also never shown up to scheduled appointments, leaving me waiting around for hours. This has happened 2 times now. I am very frustrated with this company but am forced to use them as part of my home warranty. If you have a choice, call someone else.

We bought a house last April and the aircon broke after a month. We call comfort solutions to claim the warranty but at first they try to decline our claim until our broker helped us. They definitely changed our aircon unit. Secondly they installed it wrong that after a week out ceiling kept on dripping because of the condensed water from the aircon was not properly installed. Now they are not answering out phone calls again. One they get your money, they will not care for you anymore.

Comfort solutions did a great job repairing my HVAC system and I would recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore area. They always showed up timely and showed great customer service. They even gave me some tips on how to keep my HVAC system running longer and more efficient.
