Very pleased with my first experience of buying a used washer and dryer. Couldn't pass on the price, and the products look and work like new, and they guarantee it for 90 days. Delivery guys were polite, knowledgeable, swept my floor, and worked like mules in the blistering heat. Definitely going back.

I did some research on them and saw all the bad reviews so I wanted to see the show for myself and ended up buying a washer for $200 and they brought it to my house the next day. I don't know if they restaffed or were bought out but the girls at the store were great and my washer hasnt had a single issue.

I agree with the shady, shady shady remark. What they did to me actually violates the law. They took my purchased refrigerator, never showed up for delivery and then sent another one in its place. The owner tried to convince me I bought something different . Finally he relented, and agreed that I bought the refrigerator I said I did, but it was unable to be sold to me. "bait and switch" anyone? UCC violation there. Stay away from this place, there are plenty of places that are honest and will work with you. Try the place on German Hill Road.

Please if you can help it do not purchase anything from these shifty individuals. I went and purchased a washer on a Monday the "manager" Mike told me that my washer would be delivered on Tuesday at 11am. Tuesday I get a call saying they need to reschedule. I have already taken off of work and moved my other appliances to accommodate the delivery. So I go to the store and ask for the owner. No one in the store has his number. Mike is out sick he won't answer. So I wait only to find out that the washer I purchased is not in working order hummm shady much? The delivery driver tell me there's no gas in the truck. Smh. These crackheads needs to be put out of business.

Bought a kitchenaid microwave and it was missing mounting brackets and a metal shelf for the inside. He gave me a great price and next day he gave me the mounting bracket and shelf free. You know this is used appliances which many do have age. You get what you pay for, if you want new quality walk across the street to Home Depot!

Just listen to all the other comments. They sent over a crackhed and a 70 year old man to deliver a 400lb washer/dryer unit. They ended up putting holes in my walls and when I called to complain they said they weren't responsible. I am just going to deal with the credit card company and have them reverse the charge. Anyone reading this should just spend the extra couple hundred dollars and go somewhere else.

I will never purchase anything from this business.Very poor customer service skills but very quick to take your money. I purchase a washing machine from here and been waiting for 4 weeks for a repairman to come out. At first my warranty wasn't good because somebody don't know how to count 90 days.So I show them the warranty is still good and still no repair. I've talk to Mike(the Manager) HE ACTS RETARDED AND SO DO THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE. SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.I rate this business 0000000

I want to rate this place is 0 for poor appliances, poor customer services. This store sells trashed appliances which last 1 to 2 months. When I called them to fix my washer, I have to wait in 3 months. Once they came out, took a look and said they this machine can't be fixed and charge $60 for labor. Called to Mike (the manager), he said he had nothing to do with it. Mike and Carol (the owner) have no responsibilities with what they sold. If you don't want to waste your MONEY, TIME and get FRUSTRATION, don't come to this store. I definitely never come back.

My washer,dryer, refrigorator, and stove lasted for 5 years and still going strong. In fact I have purchased several appliances from the shop at 6232 Eastern Avenue in the pass few years and had no problems with thier employees. And will continue to use this company and refer others.

Never use these shady people! My husband and I purchased several things from this store over the last few years, but each new experience has been worse than the last. They missed our service appointment FIVE times!! Even though they had been back to fix the dryer for the same thing three times, I was then forced to buy a new dryer from them. The service tech seems to be drunk and the owner is clearly on some sort of illegal substance. The most unprofessional bunch I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It's easy to say, "go somewhere else", but when you have already paid, then you are stuck. I will NEVER go near them again.
