Located in the historic No. 16 fire house at the corner of Calvert and Read Streets, Brew House No. 16 is a neighborhood brewpub with handcrafted beer and local artisanal cuisine. Brew House No. 16 is owned and operated by the Hummel family. We've spent the past two years restoring and refurbishing the fire hall to the highest standards of comfort and beauty, inside and out. Brew House No. 16 offers a vibrant spot to meet, dine, drink and relax for locals and out-of-town visitors to the Mount Vernon cultural district. In addition to our own beer brewed on site, our menu features the very best our region's farmers, fisherman, and craft-breweries have to offer!
