Why is this business still open!!!

i visited this location with friends to watch the Superbowl game on 2/1/15, and the owner was very rude to a female customer because she asked about her burger because it was under cooked and a bit was taken from it and he returned with the same burger instead of a new one. She asked him did you cook the burger on the grill with the bite out of it and stated that was not sanitary for other people because you are cooking other peoples food right behind that. The owner was very irate and rude because she inquired about her food. He told the entire party to leave because he didn't want her business. He said to the female get out, i don't want no sister in here shaking her head and i didnt see her doing this at all. i was sitting at the next table watching all this go down. This man is arrogant and very nasty and rude. Why do people patronize his business? Women need to boycott this establishment! This man need to go to a customer service training and learn how to treat customers, and also take an anger management 101 class because clearly he has a problem!

Not happy with this Birdland, more so the owner/cook Casey Jenkins, he was rude and very disrespectful to a female customer, he insulted her for no reason at all. He became verbally hostile with her when she commented on chicken that was under cook(raw). Also,keep in mind the young lady was speaking in a very low respectful tone. Casey yelled at her call her names as he continued to put her out. The bartender on the other hand was very apologetic for the crazed owner display of rudeness in this fairly new establishment. It seems the old attitude has followed Mr Jenkins from his now closed Darker then Blue to the new location at Birdland! I've read the other post of comments for Darker then Blue and nothing has changed. You can change the face but not the heart!!!!
