Big Boyz Pizza - after our recent experience with them we will never order from them again and don't recommend patronizing this business. We decided to have a family movie night and instead of cooking decided to order subs from Big Boys Pizza. When the food arrived my sub was made incorrectly, so we called to get the sub replaced. First they try to say my wife ordered the sub incorrectly. She ordered my "go to" sub which I have been ordering the exact same way for over 20 years so I know that wasn't the case... and it was oozing with mayonnaise which I loathe. So after she had to argue to get my sub redelivered, without any apology for messing up the order, an hour had passed and still no dinner for me. She called to check on the status of my sub and they said it was on its way. After over an hour and a half had passed still no sub. My wife called back to cancel the sub and get the charge for the sub put back on her card. The "gentleman" on the other end was rude, argued with her, was raising his voice at her, said they would not reverse the charge and hung up on her. OMG!!!!!We will never order from them again and recommend you don't as well. Why would anyone support a business that treats its customers this way? Next it could be you, Your wife, or your children. Also for the "safety" of their drivers they don't even deliver to your door. You have to go out and get your food from a driver that doesn't even get out of the car.

Very unprofessional. I initially called and ordered 30 wings, but wanted to change it to 20, and the employee who took my order(who spoke perfect English) put and obviously foreign employee on the phone who told me over and over again that he "didn't understand" and he couldn't change my order. Finally, after me telling him numerous times I WANT 20 WINGS INSTEAD OF 30... He hung up on me. Very unprofessional staff who obviously doesn't care about the customers.

My job is on Wilkens Ave, so I thought I'd give this place a try. Half way through my "delicious" salad I stumbled across a fly. It turned me off and I immediately threw up. On top of that, they wouldn't refund my money which was a bigger disappointment. Two thumbs down!

Guys don't sleep on big boyz ! Everything i've ever ordered from here has been on point ! Bangin pizza bangin wings bangin subs.....you get the point! For real try it yourself! Oh and the delivery is always on time ! so tasty ! So good !big boys for life!LOL
