The Maryland Aviation Administration provides domestic and international passenger and cargo services through its airports. Its office of regional aviation assistance develops and regulates aviation activities throughout the state. The agency administers the Minority/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program, which ensures nondiscrimination in contract awards.
