I would not send my worst ememy to this place. I found them to be very pushy and dishonest! As a new patient all I wanted was to come in for was a cleaning and a check up....3 visits later...still no cleaning...my insurance was billed for everything under the sun and all i had was a nice color presentation about everything they could shove down my throat. Teeth whitening, vitamins, braces and who knows what else. Apt 1new patient review, xray and evaluation evaluation...apt 2 (all i wanted was a cleaning) but this was pelresentation time and plan of action....here is what we wanna do....here is our 12 month plan, bill the insurance all we can and charge you the rest...i didnt go in with problems or a desire to fix anything....just wanted a teeth cleaning....apt 3...hard close...was i ready to go forward? I was now really pissed...still no cleaning....this was the time to decide on the plan and go over financing. Well I didnt want the extra services done and didn't need to be financed. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned. Needless to say I was pissed and never went back. 6 months later I find out they sent me to collections for $30 that I never paid. They said my insurance paid all but that amount....yes they billed my insurance for the max the plan allowed and still....no teeth cleaning done! I think the dentist was Dr. Ortinau. Don't let me hamper your decision. Some people are fine with this...I am just not one to fall for getting screwed very easily.
