Saratoga Dental

Saratoga Dental came highly recommended to me many years ago when i had relocated to this area. The office is very nice along with really friendly front desk staff & excellent tech. staff. The Dentist is always very accommodating when I have needed a last min. change in my 6 month dental cleaning appointment & also squeezing me in last min. for an emergency I had with a tooth I had cracked. My dentist Dr. Shazia Mehdi is always nice & very friendly & is an excellent dentist's. I cracked a tooth & she took the time to explain all of my treatment options, the process & time frame to repair my tooth. I always feel comfortable that I'm getting the best dental treatment.

My experiences have been absolutely wonderful. Not only have I had teeth saved because of Dr. Mehdi's expert knowledge and observations, Dr. Mehdi also expressed kindness and much compassion when my grandson from out of town needed a broken tooth fixed. I don't know how it happened, I was able to reach Dr. Mehdi on her cell phone. I explained the situation to her, Dr. Mehdi said "call Ashly and tell her to put your grandson in for 8:am tomorrow morning" Dr. Mehdi came in early to take care of my grandson. I will be forever grateful.

Office staff very friendly. Although the dentist was tecnhnically competent I agree with the other review written. dentist had no personality. Never asked me if I was ok as she proceeded to fill 5 cavities at once. Told me I needed 4 teeth extracted as soon as possible and seemed very irritated when I asked her if there was any way to save them. I was in tears when I left the office. I am calling the insurance co. on Monday in the hopes of finding another more caring compassionate dentist.

I was impressed with the inside of the office. It was much more hi-tech inside the it looked like from the outside. The staff was friendly. I wasn't impressed with the Dentist's bed side manner. She seemed very cold. She did not explain anything to me just went to work. When I asked questions she seemed irritated with me. I was given a list of things to do and not to do after my tooth extraction but she did not go over it with me or tell me what I should expect for the next 1-2 weeks after. I ended up getting more info about how to properly take care of my mouth after the extraction from Google than I did from her or her list.
