Vision Max Optometry

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. The service is absolutely horrible and I would tell anyone considering this place to run in the other direction as fast as you. They are completely unorganized and seem to have people who have no idea what they are doing running this place. I was told I was receiving a year’s supply of contacts (a brand I have ordered in the past) and only received half a year even though I paid for the complete year. When I asked them about it I was told that the contacts last for a whole month rather than 2 weeks which is strange to hear considering every optometrist I've seen before has told me that brand is only good for 2 weeks. I feel like I've been completely ripped off. Now dealing with a pair of glasses my husband ordered over a month ago has been a nightmare. We were told the glasses would be in within two weeks of ordering and they were not. We waited until almost a month has passed and when I finally called no one knew what to tell me about the glasses because no one could find the order. I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes the first call, told I would be called within 30 minutes the second call and when I hadn’t heard back after 3 hours I called again and was told that they had customers in the shop which were more important than dealing with my issue…I guess they already had my money so I didn’t mean much after that. Everything single person I spoke to was completely unprofessional and really just a bad reflection of the image I would assume the business would like to portray. When I finally called the following weekend (now over a month from ordering) I spoke with someone who was able to tell me in 5 minutes that my husband’s glasses were ready to be picked up and that they had been ready since the 31st (it is now the 19th!). When I let them know how annoyed I was with the service, I basically got an “oh well it is what it is” answer so that has sealed their fate with me. I will never use this optometrists again, I will never refer them and I have made it my mission to warn others about the awful service!
