AIM High Bounce

worst experience ever. I ordered a bounce with chairs and tables for a 4yr olds birthday. The party started at 2pm they were supposed to be there and set up no later then 1:30pm. They didnt get there until 2:10pm. They had the chairs and tables so we couldnt set up any decorations or food.
I called to see what was going on they wouldnt answer or call back. At 2:05pm got a call from the owner, Andrea. She was so rude! didnt apologize for being late, or for not calling but said "IM JUST GOING TO TELL THEM NOT TO COME!" And hung up in my face! with a house full of parents and kids I called back and she damn near made me beg for them to come out. I was so angry I literally went to the bathroom and cried.
When i walked outside her workers had the KIDS at the party unloading the tables and chairs while they just stood there and watched.
Later Andrea texted me apologizing for her actions, saying it was uncalled for and thanked me for using her services She should have made the services free!
