William F. DiNicola M.D.

I love Dr. DiNicola he is an awesome Dr. but his office staff is horrible and rude. It's sad I will no longer be taking my kids because I won't deal with being treated the way they treat people.

Great Doctor. My boys have seen Dr. Dinicola for years. He is knowledgeable and friendly. The nurse staff are patient and ALWAYS take time to talk with my kids to make them feel comfortable. I never feel rushed during our time with Dr. and I get my questions and concerns addressed. Getting an appointment with Dr. can sometimes be a days wait but ANY good Dr. in town is that way and I have always been given the option of seeing the P.A., whatever my decision the office staff is happy to accommodate.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Dinicola's office for years and received outstanding service. But recently I believe his practice has become too large and he is unable to treat his patients as suffeciently as he has done in the past. He is never available when you need to see him and the newest addition to my family is now a year old and has only seen him once (well twice if you count when he came to the hospital for the initial check-up), all other appointments are seen by the P.A. which is very nice but isn't a doctor. I feel his staff is not as friendly and warm as those he employed in the past and he should take the time to train them on how to treat the parents of of his patients. He is a wonderful Doctor, please don't take this the wrong wa, but the way he runs his office and his availablity is very disappointing. I know I am not the only one who feels this way.
