I have a reclining chair on lay a way and I call to pay it off and the number is disconnected and the website says they’ve closed their doors!!!
Are you kidding me!!! What about my money I’ve put into my lay a way!?!?!?
I want my money back. Shady company. You should’ve contact you consumers who were in the middle of purchasing with you to inform them of what was happening.

If I could rate -5 I would! The worst experience ever purchasing furniture! $2000+ sofa fell apart in 6 months, and after 6 more months of the Manager dragging his feet and then being verbally abusive, name calling. The manufacturer of my FlexSteel sofa decided to replace it, but the Manger of Star Furniture wanted me to bring my old sofa back ( they would charge $200 pickup fee and $200 delivery fee). And wanted me to be without a sofa for 6 weeks, for the replacement to come in! We were not happy and left a negative online review, which sparked name calling by the Manger and 13 harassing phone calls in one day! Finally after we threatened to call the local news channel magically our Replacement Sofa was there and ready for pickup! Buyer Beware, unless you enjoy spending allot of money and junk and like to be called A Stupid Women as well as Liar!

Wow! I cannot say enough about this business…well I guess pathetic might sum it up with my experience. We bought a few items and after using one of the items it quickly began to fall apart. After numerous trips back the store to have it fixed we were finally informed that it was built correctly and it was supposed to have a large hump on the seat…I am still perplexed with that answer. Anyway, I highly recommend a street side vendor or using a cardboard box to purchasing any items from this store. Oh and, the staff are highly volatile and get excited very easily so when you bring your item back for the 3rd, 4th, etc., time be careful. And I never did get to talk to the owner. I’m still waiting on that.

We ordered a customized sofa, matching chairs and ottoman. Upon delivery we determined that the material was of inferior quality and even had small holes on a couple of the sofa cushions. We were advised to just turn the cushion over so that the holes wouldn't show (I swear it's true). To make a long story short, they were not interested in making it right so we will never make another purchase at that furniture store.

I bought a sectional from Star Furniture 4 years. Just last week my dog decided he likes the taste of the couch and chewed one of the back panels off.



I took pictures to Star and Henry contacted the manufacturer and found the matching panel. He ordered it right in and replaced it with no labor charge! He has been so helpful!



Great follow up service even years after the purchase.

About 18 months ago we ordered a custom fabric covered sofa, 2 armless chairs and ottoman and we paid extra for the custom fabric. The fabric ended up being very poor quality, even had holes in it upon delivery. They were not willing to work with us and it was obvious that they were through with us once the furniture was in our house. The furniture looks cheap, the fabric is already stretched out of shape and worn looking and we will have to replace it soon. Don't recommend Star Furniture.

Do not shop at Star Furniture. I bought a dining room set and hutch from them and after they delivered it I noticed bubbles all through out the middle pane of the glass on the hutch. I didn't notice it at the store because there was no electricity where the hutch was so it couldn't be turned on. I pulled out my invoice and also noticed they charged me a delivery fee when they had said all purchases over 1000.00 have free delivery. I paid a little over 4000.00 for the set. I called them and they won't fix the glass or reimburse the delivery fee. Obviously they don't stand behind what they sell and now I have to get it fixed myself and it's not going to be easy becasue it's rounded and beveled glass... Great thanks alot Star furniture maybe you should go to rehab with Lindsey Lohan. Your not much of a star
