THEY HELPED US WITH A RENTAL CAR - $ 10.00 PER DAY AND WORKED WITH IUR INSURANCE COMPANY, EVEN THOUGH OUR INS. CO. WANTED US TO TAKE IT TO THERE SHOP ALL THE WAY ACROSS TOWN. SERVICE FIRST TOLD US THAT WE COULD TAKE IT TO WITCH EVER SHOP WE WANTED. THEY ALSO LET US PAY OUR DEDUCTABLE IN PAYMENTS..

About a week before Christmas I got in a little fender bender and a friend of mine recommended Service First on Brundage Rd. I asked my insurance guy and he said they had no complaints taking it further I checked with the Better Business bureau solid there to so I took my Explorer down and got an estimate thinking I would at least get scheduled in and to my surprise they not only said they could get it in now but I would have it back before Christmas!!! I was given a ride to the car rental agency, got a car and was on my way within 45 min. of walking in the door. 2 days before Christmas I get a call from the manager of Service First saying my Explorer was ready. When I got to the shop, sure enough my truck was right out front I went over every square inch thinking they had to have cut some corners somewhere... It was in perfect condition I couldn't tell anything had even been done at all! Service First was recommended to me and I will sure recommend them to anyone I know.

I took my truck in about a year ago. I got Scammed! I destroyed my fender on a pole and decided to get my truck repainted. I orginally paid 3000 dollars for the repairs and what the desk guy called "custom" paint. It was supposed to come out as a stage 1 pearl white by Dupont when in reality it was only mitsubishi white with pearl in it. How do I konow? because the extra paint they gave me said so. Also about a week into the work the desk guy asked me if I wanted to give him 300 more dollars for a primer that will bring out the pearl. i gave him the money and well after the truck was finished a week later i had another accident and realized they just painted over my old paint. After i realized that i had been RIPPED off I went back to ask about the primer and the guy said the 300 dollars were for extra bodywork and there was never supposed to be ant primer. After I called the BAR association they offered to refund 200 dollars after I had spent 3300+ trying to get my 88 toyota pickup to look decent. The owners of Service First collision Center are THIEVES, LIERS, AND HOTHEADS. Everytime I asked about my truck they made me feel unwelcomed and even YELLED at me. I HATE this shop and strongly urge you not to be swindelled by these crooks.
