Sam's Club

When I got gas this morning I was charged $100 for my $15 worth of gas. And all customer service would say that I would have to wait for the transaction to clear. They would not take care of problem right then and there and refund my money. They told me that sort of thing happens all the time. You would think that if that happens alot they would be more willing to resolve the problem right then and there. I am VERY upset that Sam's Club and will NEVER get gas from there again

Ever since Sams Club has opened here in town they must have gone through several different managers and employees. They are so disorganized. Employees are not trained properly. Sam's gets lot of their business from small retail business but they seem to take forever ringing up sales, always loosing your license or their card is not working so if you plan on shopping at Sams make sure you have atleast 3-4 hours at the register ringing up sales. As far as prices are concerns Costco matches or are at same price. FYI: I am not the only person who is not happy with the service at sams club. I know of atleat 10 other business members that not happy but don't have the time to write the review. An the promotion or 2% cash back it is not true.
