Robo Plumbing

Gilbert, came out to my home and was able to find the leak in my bathroom that other plumbers could not find. He found the leak and fixed it right ! If you want a plumber that knows what they are doing, call Robo. I will always refer my friends and family.

Rude people, your average rip off plumber. No one you want in your home fixing stuff.

The company was called out for service on 03/20/12 for a drain clearing. On 03/22/12 we had to call the company out to resolve the same issue. after looking at the toilet for approximately 10-15 minutes the plumber (Russ) said that there was a foreign object  stuck in the toilet. We were informed that they would have to remove the toilet to identify and remove the object. The charge for the service was going to be $120. After removing the toilet and attempting thrice ,totaling to approximately 30 minutes, they were unable to complete the task.  During this time the employees were on their cell phones providing half hearted attempts at resolving the issue. They informed us that we took up too much of their time so we would have to break the toilet in order to see what the object was. The plumber then requested that he be paid. I asked " why would we have to pay if you were unable to perform the task". The plumber then responded "I'm not responsible for what you flush down your toilet" in a sarcastic and rude manner. They attempted to leave without placing the back toilet in leiu of the removed toilet which would have left our household with no functiong restroom. When told they would need to perform this task they did so angrily and left without proper installment of the toilet. We flushed the toilets ourselves and after a few attempts the toilet was functioning. We installed the toilet and it is currently being used in the second restroom of our house. We attempted to call the owner to complain and we were told that she wouldbgive us a call on 03/26/12. The owner never called and after several attempts we were able to get a hold of her on 03/28/12. The owner denied our complaint and used profanity towards my grandmother calling her a liar. After reading reviews of the company on several websites similar complaints were found regarding tothe owner and services provided by Robo Plumbing.

Called for clogged drain, quoted a price over the phone asked to repeat price and again got same price, after unclogging drain the bill was $44.00 higher. This call was for my father who is a senior citizen maybe the price increase was too gouge a senior citizen. Called and was put on hold several times with no real answer.

The reason they recieved 1 star is because I couldn't give less. An employee actually entered my business location (in full business uniform) and proceeded to yell at both the employee and the manager at the store. Then when the employees at that location called to speak with the owner to try and get the issue resolved she proceeded not only to yell at the employee but also use very vulgar and foul language. Any company who would carry themselves in this manner can not be professional and does not deserve my business. In my opinion being a professional isn't just about the people who are paying you to be nice to them it is about how we handle ourselves in the community and any would be customers. I don't want a company who im paying to be nice to me, I want a company who is genuinely nice at heart.
