R V Peddler

We bought a used Travel Trailer for a good price. Although we paid cash, RV Peddler had us wait for around 4 Weeks before we could pick it up! They always had some kind of excuses: There were so many sales that they were backed up; they had to still clean it to make sure it is presentable; the guy who was going to go through the trailer with us was ill... After we finally hauled it home, they had us waiting for the actual registration for over 120 days! We called weekly and every time we heard a different excuse: The title was handled by a "flooring company" and they were taking their time; the former owner still had to pay a fee, that RV Peddler was taking care of for us; the actual trailer was registered in Montana and the folks in Montana are real slow; the lady taking care of our account lost our paperwork, but just found it as we called!

Until now we do not know what the actual problem was. It seemed as if things were not going "the right and legitimate way". The purchase experience was anything but pleasant!

I have not gotten a trailer yet but the people who work at RV Peddler are friendly and great to work with. They were honest and straight with me about everything and I was offered some awesome deals. I hope soon they can find what im needing though.

Normally people only take time out to do a negative review myself included but for once I am here to give a positive!.

My wife and I just purchased a new Arctic Fox 27T travel trailer from these folks, and drove 180 miles each way to do business with them. I found them to be friendly, courteous and very professional. They gave me an excellent price and then an additional reduction when the interior color was not exactly as we had ordered. My wife and I both met with the service manager, the finance manager, several of the other staff members as well as one of the owners on the day we came to pick up our unit. These folks wanted to be sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend RV Peddler in Bakersfield. We love our new unit too.
