        This man took up four days of my time trying to just catch him so I could talk to him.



        When I finally did catch him he made me talk to him while he was tattooing. Which, I would really rather a tattoo artist concentrate on me and what I need to show him, or the tattoo he is working on, not both. Not professional.



        After he heard what I wanted, he insinuated that I may not have the money for a Dow. Payment to make an appointment, as opposed to just asking me if I would pay a down payment for an appointment straight out.



        And after I talked about what I wasn't d and showed him my tattoo, instead of telling me what he had to offer, and what he could do for the tattoo, he gave e me the useless I formation concerning what the original tattooists should have done. All in all, this guy was rude, impatient, and he literally told me to kick rocks when I told him I only wanted to know if he can fix it, or not, money was no concern to me.

        This reviewer did stop into our shop on four occasions, twice when I was working and twice when my counterpart was working. Each time, she was extremely unpleasant and appeared to be upset that our artist wasn't in. Each time, we explained that our tattoo artist works by appointment only, and offered his personal phone number so she could speak with him. She declined each time. On her last visit, he happened to be in tattooing another client. I interrupted him so he could take a moment to speak with her and she was as unpleasant with him as she had been with us. As the conversation escalated, he had to instruct her to leave. This has never happened before. We went out of our way to help her talk to him, she refused, and I am baffled as to why she kept returning for him based on her perception of events when there is a tattoo shop two doors down from us and another one a block up the street. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our artist has an impeccable record of skilled work and happy return clients in the 20+ years he has been tattooing.
