I think they are a lovely company. Adaptable and dependable. They have never provided a service that I was not happy with and the monthly cost is great.

Totally agree with Christina G. and Corona69, Bill Williams and his low class budget company are horrible. He needs to be put out of business!!! BEWARE of Bill Williams and Hydrex. There are more bad reviews on this man just keep Googling. I wish I didn't have to even give a 1-star review, but otherwise I couldn't post this important consumer info. Again, he and his worthless company deserve an F!

Omg!!! Where do i start? This company is horrable...not only do they not treat bug...i swear its water...they tell you excuses such as...we cant get all the bugs.....my dogs are covered in fleas dispite, haveing my yard sprayed twice...plus im on bi monthly....they also have frontline amd triflexa, along with being dipped, now my kid is getting bit as well as my dogs hair falling out...then we could talk about roaches.....they have been treating my clean house They invafed my kids room...on top of the mice and roaches in the attic!!! Bill the owner didnt care, and was extreamly rude and confrontational!

Billing is aweful I was being charged for only spraying the front yard I
couldnt get Hydrex to come back out also always a different technician would come out and not have any clue on the situation and there to spray

don't call this company they are terrible at getting a return call from there office. beware of Bill Williams he has.no knowledge of pest control
