I agree. I also had a horrible experience with Home Decor Furniture. I to had paid a deposit on a living room set and when I called to pick it up they had already sold it to another customer and might as well have sad "Oh well, I don't care. I tried to speak with the owner and he just visibly sat in his office and had his employee tell me he was busy and couldn't help me at the moment. They then offered to sell me the set that was on display and was torn for a hundred dollars less than the sale price. A MESS!!! Not to mention the worst part, when I to the cardboard and plastic off of it the furniture had a few box cutter marks and the seam at the bottom of the sofa was coming apart. Still problems that they were unable to resolve. No refund consideration, store credit, not even an apology. And yes, extension cords were everywhere being covered up by floppy out of place rugs that my mother-in-law tripped and fell over. Very poor business.

I had a good exprience with them went in looking for kids furniture. I went to a couple of places only one with the kid beds on sale. Came out with our bedroom set as well cheap too, they delieved on the same week.

Home Decor promises good quality and affordable prices, but what they don't tell us is that receiving the furniture won’t be a pleasant one! I too was duped into buying furniture from Home Décor; I purchased couches and paid cash for them on a Friday. The following Monday I was scheduled to pick up my furniture and to my surprise I get there and they don’t have my order. Apparently, they had sold my couches to someone else!!! I spoke to one of the sales rep. and was offered the couches that where on the floor on display. After not wanting to take couches that had been sat on, I asked for a refund and they gladly gave me my money back. I was told to come back the following week because they would have a new shipment. I went back; this time making sure to speak to the Manager he then promised that by the end of the week I would get a phone call to let me know my couches had arrived. I was more reluctant this time around; furthermore, did not pay for them up front instead left a down payment. Once, again here I am 3 weeks later in the same predicament no phone call and asking for my money back because they failed to deliver my couches. I was shocked and appalled that the sales rep. told me I would be charged a re-stocking fee… Seriously, save yourself some time and energy!!! Don’t shop at Home Décor all you’re asking for is bad customer service and furniture that has been promised at affordable price; that isn’t worth it in the long run.
