DC'S RV CENTER

If I could have given no stars I would have, They are the most unprofessional business I have ever done business with. I brought my coach in for some warranty work and to check out the charging system. I went down to pick it up and they refused to give me my coach until they got paid by Keystone for the warranty work. I had to call Keystone myself to get them to assure these idiots that Keystone will pay them. After that was finally resolved, about 24 hrs later. I went there and the bill for the charging system work that I had done was $60 more than I was quoted. What a rip off. Then I went to get my coach and the silicone disk for the 5th wheel hitch was gone. When I confronted them about this, we don't know what happened to it, sorry. It will be a cold day in he!! before I would ever bring anything there. To top it off, what kind of RV place doesn't even carry propane. They are a joke and I would not trust them to do anything to any RV. That includes parts and service, if you can call it that.

We took our motorhome to DC for insurance work after vandals damaged our rig. We asked for a safety check as well and were given a great estimate and repairs were done in a timely manner. Most RV service centers make you wait weeks for an appointment and weeks more for repairs. We were very pleased with the timely repairs and the quality of the work. They stayed well under the estimate and cost was very competitive. We will definitely return.

My husband and I own a trailer rental company in bakersfield and have used DCs repair for all of our rv needs and service.They have a nice store and prices are better than camping world or any of the other larger stores. Dcs also offers 1/2 hour labor rates. Its nice to not have to pay for a hour of labor when it really only took 15 minuts to change a wire or small part!!
