Still waiting to get my fridge repaired they keep telling me they will come one day then the next and so on ! Still haven't came it's been over a month almost 2 would not recommend anyone here ever

Stay away! That is unless you don't mind doing business with thieves and scammers. The wall heater they sold me and installed in my rental unit worked for 1 hour and to add theft to injury they "hauled away" the wall heater we were replacing after expressly being told not to! Numerous calls later heater they installed has not been fixed and the the property they took has not been returned. Like I said before... STAY AWAY! Next stop ... Small Claims!

Cruz's appliances have no customer service skills when I called in to try to get my refrigerator fixed that I bought from them they gave me the run around for nearly a month and a half . I began frustrated and the daughter who is the only person that speaks English her rehearsed line was "I just started working here I don't know anything ". Spending over 250$ I became angry and instead of them saying we will be there shortly the owner said "you think that's alot of money to spend ? " I would recommend you save the hassle of being ripped off !!! They make a bad name for small buisnesses as well as used goods buisnesses is rather spend a extra 100$ and not have to deal with this nonsense
