This lady is one of the rudest person I've spoke with in my whole entire life. She demanded money from me without investigating where the money went to. Yes, they did cover my medical expense and yes, the claim was settled and closed. Over a year later, she came back demanding for money which she was not able to collect from the other insurance company. She was rude and was a very angry person to deal with. She expect me to pay a large amount of money that I never received personally or physically. I'm not stupid to just hand her money. It's her job to go and collect money. But, she made me do her job for her. This lady should be fired. She does not belong in the insurance industry. She is supposed to be working with me, not against me. She made me look like the bad guy when she was the one threatening me for money she couldn't collect. I will blast this lady out to the whole world to let everyone know what kind of person she is. No one has to go through what I went through. I will put an end to this lady and her career. I wish I can tag her so she can see what kind of person she is. Worst communication skills I've ever encountered too. She was way over her head for the many things she said to me. I would sue this lady, but she's not worth my time. I will just kick her to the curb. #byefelicia
