very nice and helpfull fixed my flat for free and found I needed brakes . got them replaced a bit of a wait but OK with me they were very busy thanks again

My car was sitting in their parking lot for a whole hour! When we got their they said only 1 car was ahead of us! When we called a whole hour later they hadn't even checked anything in my car. I'm so irratated. Don't go there for anything!!! Their slow as f**k!! And not honest!!

The price's were great. Called got a price and the salesperson told me if any one is lower they would be their price. So I called around and Big brands prices were lower than anyone's price.They also gave me a ride back to work in courtesy shuttle.

We were in need of specific type of Goodyear tires to match what was on our customers vehicle and we need them on a Saturday afternoon so our customer could leave on a trip this same day. We called several chain tire stores with no sucsess, we should have called Big Brand first, because when we did call the Big Brand on White Lane, though they didn't have what we needed, they did locate the tires we needed at the store on Rosedale, and gave me the number and the person to ask for (Tom).

I made an appointment to have an oil change done on my vehicle at 2:00. I arrived on time and handed over my keys. They didn't give me an approximate time that the vehicle would be finished, but I figured an hour and a half would be sufficient. So I went and had lunch and ran a few errands with my girlfriend in her car while mine was being worked on. When I returned at 3:30, my vehicle was still in the same spot and as we pulled into the parking lot, someone got into the vehicle and pulled it into the lift. THEY WERE JUST PULLING IT IN TO DO THE CHANGE AFTER AND HOUR AND A HALF OF SITTING. We decided to wait in the waiting room while they did the work. While in the waiting room, my girlfriend thought it would be a convenient time to ask for a quote on tires for her car. As we were standing at the front desk, the apparently ill (coughing, sneezing and blowing his nose all over the place) worker was finishing up a ticket and told us he could give us a quote in a minute. We proceeded to stand and wait. He finished the ticket, made a phone call, and then went to the outside part of the shop. We figured he was too busy to even give us a price on tires, so we went and sat down until the vehicle was finished. At 4:10 the vehicle was finally finished (after 1.5 hours of sitting and 30 minutes of work). The man who was supposed to give us the quote on tires, never mentioned it while we were waiting, so we left with no quote. SERVICE IS AWFUL. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.
