do not send your children here if you value their health and safety. this place is ran by people that do not know anything about children or fitness let alone both together. they have children weight train daily for 1-2 hours a day not switching it up or incorporating other activities. none of them know cpr or can even check a child's pulse. this is a highly unprofessional inadequate fitness center and completely horrible for children!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
