A-1 Multi Business Center

My personal experience at A -1 Multi Business Center, was one of the best quality services I have ever had at any tax service. My tax preparer Marilyn was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Every year that I return, I am greeted by the front staff with a warm and inviting smile. I have been going there for over six years and every year I have had excellent service.

*Terrible experience, huge error on previous years return causing our most recent return to be kept by irs. Took two years to resolve

*Never have calls returned, literally have to drive to their office just to be able to speak to someone. constantly given incorrect info about the status of our current return.

*Irs and state have no record of current return because OOPS someone decided not to efile our return. It was only efiled because I sat in their waiting rm for two hours to talk to the owner on april 15. Got the runaround, no straight answer as to why our return was never filed. Over the course of two months I literally had ZERO returned calls. Never returning and telling everyone I know.

* I understand human error, my husband I are both working professionals...however what bothered me the most was the way this "BUSINESS" and its "OWNER" handled the errors that were made. They NEVER treated us with respect or were able to follow through on ANY resolutions. I can honestly say the most competent people in that office were the secretaries that sat up front. The tax preparer, owner, and assistants were a JOKE!!!! It LITERALLY took us threatening to take them to court in order to get our reimbursement of fees which the IRS had tacked on to our SS#s.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Filed our taxes in February, was told we would receive our refund via direct deposit in 6 weeks. It is now May and have gotten the complete runaround with this company. Had to call the IRS myself to find out that whoever filled out the information to send a group of taxes to the IRS put the wrong routing number to their checking account. Now they want to charge me over $300 just to get my tax forms and I have yet to receive any money from the IRS because now there is a delay thanks to them. And don't bother calling because Tim will never call you back unless you get put on hold, which I was for over 30 minutes just to be told that I would have to call the IRS to find out what happened.
