A-1 Answering Service

Horrible service, they don't return your calls to set up service, the manager I spoke with Carrie claimed she had been super busy. She never did actually call me, I called Monday and didn't get a real response until Thursday, I needed the service Friday. The supervisor didn't think it was worth it to set us up for one day answering and told me it costs $495 to set up an account. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I'm glad I called another company and got set up with a monthly service fee of only $50. Call someone else, don't bother with these people.
