lettuce black bean, corn, shredded cheese and diced tomatoes. tossed together and topped with your choice of pulled chicken, chopped brisket or pulled pork.
Crispy Chicken
we toss together our lettuce mix, shredded cheese, diced egg, bacon crumbles, red onion, diced tomatoes, croutons and cucumber slices and top if off with chopped crunchy chicken tenders. dressing served on the side.
Hillbilly Tostada
salad mix topped off with pulled pork, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes and sour cream. surrounded by crispy tortilla chips. served with salsa or your choice of salad dressing.

Overall

I've only eaten here once, but I'm looking forward to going back. This place serves legit authentic BBQ. Their beef brisket is delicious and I hear the rest of their food is equally as tasty. The restaurant has a quaint and atmosphere with a somewhat eclectic decor that really has that family-owned feel. The service was a little slow, but other than that my experience was great.
