Very unprofessional and rude. No willingness to support their service contract. Female in the office terribly rude. We left the the last bit off our contract to another service to keep from having to deal with them. Never want them even on our property again.

Been using this company for over 10 years. When first introduced and the pump went out, we were quoted what I thought was a ridiculous price, so I got a second opinion. ... WOW ... I can tell you that you can TRUST the honesty of this company without having to pay inflated prices. The cost of labor and pump were more than 1/2 the cost of the second opinion/ quote I received. Aerobic Septic Service Company earns their money HONESTLY. The company exercises customer CARE.

I wish I can give them Zero, The worst Customer No service , one of their employees was unprofessional at all, he used profanity at our business, while he was trying to do inspection, I thought by calling the office , they will fix this problem, but it turns out, to them that's normal, and they started to give excuses of why the guy left, then they called the previous owner to complain about me!!!!, they were told that I am the owner of the property, So I called again spook with she called her self ( office manager) which they have one person working at the office any way and one guy go around, she said we have the contract with previous owner, and about the language that was used ...no problem, since that how they do business, then I asked to speak with Owner of the company, it was the same thing, he told me we owe nothing, simple apology that all we are asking for ,they got paid for 2 years in advance, never pay them in advance, not this so called business.

I have never seen someone work so hard and not give up on finding what causes the problem. these people are very honest and priced right. very good to work with from owner to office.
