        I was told the furnace still had a warranty on the parts of 10 years which met they were free. We got the furnace in 2011 and on 2014 had repairs done on it and I was still charge for the parts. But they did not charge labor which was the only thing I should have been paying for not right at all. Then they double charge my bank account they told me they would call me back on it and they didn't but my bank helped me out. Don't get me wrong they do great work when putting in the furnace just honor the warranty when it come times for repairs.

        We called them on the coldest day of the year. Not only did they show up on time but the tech had us back up and running quickly. Fair price and GREAT service. We are now a club member and would highly recommend their services. Great job One Hour!

        The technican was on time and very professional. They quoted me the repair upfront which I really liked and cleaned up when he was done. I would use them again.
