We will never return. Horrible service, and very rude workers. I also ended up getting fungus due to a manicure they preformed on me. Disgusting, garbage everywhere.

DID NOT get what I had paid for... It was disgusting inside, and I almost left early... Should have listened to my friend when she told me that her acrylics she received there had given her a FUNGUS!!

This is a Verizon authorized agent, NOT a direct store. You will incur activiation and phone book transfer fees by going through them. Go to either the Promenade or Midway Mall as those are corporate stores and DO NOT CHARGE these made up fees. The staff here in incompetent. I made the mistake of upgrading my phone through this facility and have had so many issues from the second I walked out the door. They sold me a 2 year old phone and the phone itself is defective. I attempted to return it and they would not let me because I was outside of their 14 day return policy, yet within the 30 day Verizon return policy. You will regret it if you do business with these people. The staff is ridiculous, I've met newborn children that are brighter than Robert and Jesse.
