Be away from here!



This is the worst place on this planet! I am a UT student. I chose to live here only because I need UT shuttle to campus. In this point of view, it worked. But all other things are really bad.



The structure of the room is really poorly designed. The slide door of my bedroom is face to face with my neighbor. Therefore, I had no choice but close it anytime when I was at home. My patio was also shared with the neighbor. It's more likely that it is not a 1-bedroom, but a 2-bedroom shared by two persons.



There are always a lot of parties, and also my neighbor likes to hold parties at home. I sometimes could not get to sleep even at 2:00am. I'm a person never want to bring others trouble, but I still have to walk out and ask them stop talking so loudly, or call the neighbor.



I lived on the second floor. My bathroom kept on leaking to the neighbor underneath. The facility people came so many time trying to fix it. But never fixed. Are they minute maid? Paid by hours? SO endlessly extend the working hour?! I even told the manager, they can come to my apartment anytime they want to get it fix. But it still take them more than 3 months to get it done. Everytime when I was bathing, I'd think about the leaking. It's a really really bad experience.



Trouble never stopped. When I moved out, they never stopped troubling me. They called me saying that, when they took the deposit, it was actually taken as the rent. So I need to pay some more for the moving out statement. They said I don't need to come, just give them my credit card info, they will charge directly. I really don't want to argue with them, so I sent them the card info. But two months after I moved out, I received a letter saying I own them hundreds of dollars. Also, my credit monitor company reported a decrease of credit by 56 points. I cannot be more angry with it! I directly went to their office asking what happened. They said they forgot it.



OK. Forgot about it. Thanks to westdale for letting me know there even have such bad apartments in this world. I will tell everyone not to live there.
