USPS - United States Post Office - Austin

Our mail boxes were broken into and mail stolen. I supposed to file a claim but can’t figure the gobbledygook to fill one out. Then it says I have to call them to get the mail at their office. Since the hockey is still broken my mails being held? But where. I’m disabled and don’t drive.

it is time to shut USPS Down ! Very poor service. All too many damaged / destroyed packages happening more and more often. They don't stand behind their services or products.
Think of a town with less than 500 people. Every store in town boarded up except one beer joint. There is one gas station and a beer barn. But sitting on a 5 acre lot is a brand new post office just opened this year !
They wonder why they are broke and why nobody wants to bail them out. It is because they are incompetent as a 2 year old !

Packages that go through this facility seem to arrive at my house half opened. I guess the postal worker didn't like what I'm receiving through the mail a few weeks ago, because the contents were all there. How about don't take what isn't yours, whether you like it or not, you lying, thieving USPS workers?

I ordered an item from Russia and it was shipped via Priority Mail Express International. It entered the country passed customs then reached THIS post office and instead of it being delivered to me, they sent to ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) where its now a plan going back! The level of incompetency at THIS post office is unbelievable. They had ONE job to do and Failed!

6 Certified letters not scanned at any point of their journey from a drop box in Austin to the IRS. Received an email from a Postmaster working on this inquiry for us, and he said that there is no record at all. Really?

Today i had a bad experience again with the same lazy useless counter person ERIC EVANAS that refuses to do his job and passes it on to someone else. a task turns out to be a big deal for this guy and makes my trip to the post office horrible. He continues to be rude and unprofessional. a simple request to renew my P.O box for another year, he refuses to give me any information like how much the cost is and not know what they are even though he has worked there many years. theirs always something with this guy he refuses to do his job. they need to put this guy back as a letter carrier eric evans is the worst counterman ive ever dealt with. he needs to take a course in PR. Eric give this station a bad rep as you can also see by the other reviews
