why does it take so long to get an agent? Why when you call northcross no one picks up the phone why is it when you mail a bill in Austin it takes so long to grt there.I spend a lot on postage and I guess I will have to start driving to pay bills you cannot trust the post office anymore. It is sad that they cannot deliver a letter in Austin in 3days.Also the Travis county credit union says the postman misses a lot of days not coming to the credit union. I guess I will have to hand carry my bills from now on I cannot trust the post office to deliver on time.

Absolute worst human beings on earth. Sad, angry bastards with serious cop syndrome (small people with a little bit of power). Come on Obama, shut it down lol!

This place is a prime example of why the USPS is failing. I have yet to have a good experience w/ this postal location in all the years that I have had to use them. The employees are super slow, careless, disorganized and often quite rude. You can't ask questions with out getting a ton of attitude. This place has absolutely no concept of what customer service is. Not sure why any of the people who work there are still employed.

I couldn't agree more with how...

I couldn't agree more with how bad this post office is. For the second time in a month I am searching for a package that was "delivered" 5 days ago. Last time I called and dealt with the same lack of customer service as others. The lady was rude, slow and evasively useless. After far too much stupidity to include we arrived at the plan that I should call between 7 and 8 am and ask for my driver. Driver 31. Despite thus being the most ridiculous and unaccommodating plan I really had no recourse. I wasn't going to go in like the last time and wait on line for an hour to deal with the same lack of customer service in person. I call at 7, I stay on hold till 8:04 and am told to try again the next day. As I sat in my apartment that night wondering how I would ever get my delivery a neighbor knocked on my door kindly bringing the package for which the parcel box key was incorrectly placed in his mailbox. Today after 2 calls an attempt for a manger and a letter left for the mailman in my box I am at a loss. Here's hoping I spend more of my time hunting and actually get the box in time to present the gift. This post office is an utter disgrace. I will ship everything via UPS or FedEx.

I guess it all started when I ...

I guess it all started when I received my very first negative review on my site. I own my own business, do all of my own shipping by printing off the labels. I send out a ton of first class mail. The scale I have is reliable, and only two years old.

Imagine my surprise when I received negative feedback that i had not paid enough postage and my poor customer had to pick it up and pay for it himself! I was afraid I made an error. After a lot of phone calls they could not tell me how much extra postage my customer paid. They even asked if I had paid the $1 for the delivery confirmation. I had to tell them that it was free (or 19 cents) when you print your own label. They said they would get back to me about the postage. Several days... NOTHING. I call back. They could not tell me how much extra my customer paid. They put me on hold without telling me. They then told me to take my scale to the post office and to make sure it was okay. I told them that I had shipped several first class packages without problems in the last several weeks. In fact this was my first issue so It is not my scale that is the problem. I just want to know how much my customer had to pay and more info. They said, "we can't help you" and hung up on me... I am very disappointed with the poor customer service. I pray I do not get sales from this area. It's too bad... I've had better service with mail out of the country.

I would give less than a start...

I would give less than a start if I could. These people are horrible. I called with a legitimate response about a missing package and the employee who answered was unhelpful, condescending, slightly sarcastic and rude. If I did not have to deal with these people and could deal with another post office, I would. Horrible!

They have no customer service,...

They have no customer service, they are about as apt as a 5 year old and tell them to answer the phone, they are rude and leave you on hold or just don't answer the phone when they do they they hide being being black as an excuse for their bad customer service..after a 30 minute hold and them not telling me who they were.. I finally got a supervisor who then proceeded to tell me three times she African American and so are her ladies who answer the phone and im like wtf? so that means your incapable of giving any type of customer service? I didn't think customer service depended on the color of your skin?

People Skills

I've been to this location twice, and both times I've left feeling embarrassed. I asked a question and the tone of the person giving me the answer made me feel stupid. I would have thought that he was just having a bad day, but this is the second time it's happened...
